Room was nasty had blood in the bathroom. Pool look dirty walking up to the room. Elevator nasty and the hallway was nasty had holes in the wall. look nasty from the time you walk in to the time you walk out.

During my three night stay, the staff were helpful each time I returned to the hotel and was required to request a new card because the room door would not take my key. Now thankfully I was near the front desk or I may have fallen into madness taking the elevator up and down to request access to my room.

Musty, moldy smell as we entered the hotel and our room. Mold along ceiling and bathroom. Heater was flankynans making a loud noise through the night so shut it off. Room needs a good deep cleaning. Crumbs from previous guests on floors. Hair and dust along baseboards. Stains on bedding.
Disappoint was an understatement. If we weren’t there for such a short stay for a ball tournament and the rest of the family was with I would have not stayed.

Dirty carpet in the hallway that bubbled up. Dirty stained carpet in the room. Massive gap at the bottom of the door that you could see out into the hallway through. TV didn't work. Deadbolt wouldn't latch. You could hear every noise from hallway/other rooms. And a cockroach came out of the vent.

This was much cleaner than other mid tier hotels I have been to. It also felt safe and there were many families also staying there, which makes me feel more safe as I was staying alone. The pool looked kind of dirty when I glanced in and the shower definitely needed a deep clean, but staff was very friendly and it was overall a great stay.

Found 3 bugs when we walked in. No more bugs throughout the night so probably just a long vacancy prior. Found a red straw on the carpet near the couch too so wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. All good, the beds were comfortable, the shower was hot and the coffee was enough. Last minute one night stay and kids were happy.
