1 Oct 2026Thank you so much, Bernadette, for helping me get into my room early. The rooms are very nice, spacious, and clean for the price point. Very quiet. The entire experience was perfect for a quick business trip.

3 Oct 2026I travel alot for work and hate eating fast food all the time. I regularly come to the santa rosa area for work, and found this gem based on having a full kitchen. It's basically downtown santa rosa but still a quiet spot to stay. There are many resturaunts in walking distance, close to the 101 and is smack dab in the middle of my work area making it so convenient. It has private parking BUT make sure to reserve it when you book by calling them it sells out quick!

12 Aug 2026Lovely hotel - not part of a corporate chain, and very well maintained with spacious, well-appointed rooms & suites. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was not amazing but more than adequate. And there were many fine eateries within a 5 minute walk. Highly recommended!

24 Jul 2026My daughter and I loved our stay. The rooms are bright, spacious, clean and pet friendly, although we didn't bring a pet. The location is excellent to experience the charm of downtown Santa Rosa within walking distance. You have to manage the parking but there's a loading area and street parking nearby and limited paid parking available.

10 Oct 2026We loved staying here! Our room was very large with a kitchenette, a seating area with a love seat and sofa too. The bathroom was a nice size. My daughter was on a business trip and I was lucky enough to tag along. We stayed at six different locations in seven nights. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The pillows here were the most comfortable of any of the places we stayed and many were very high end.
The location can't be beat. There is a lot going to in the area and you don't need to move your car once you get here. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops too. There is a beautiful department store just a few blocks away that has been in the area for decades and not to be missed. We loved the huge Barnes and Noble on the main street too. It was wonderful to be in a bookstore again.
There is a nice breakfast room with a included light breakfast.
Tip: Make a reservation to park your car in the attached packing lot. It makes things a bit easier although there is street parking. If you do park on the street be sure to watch the meter if there is one.
We want to give a big shout out to Ruth and Marilyn who were so kind and helpful with orienting us to the area and making our check-in and check-out so easy.

11 Aug 2026A gem of a hotel, on the edge of a residential neighborhood but in the heart of downtown Santa Rosa with Starbucks, cool restaurants and boutiques within walking distance. My daughter and I had a very large suite with all amenities incl. a stacked washer & dryer, and I loved the Nespresso machine. And when we invited a couple in town for a family gathering to join us for one evening, hotel staff were accommodating and added them to the reservation without any questions. Parking garage was full, but there is ample street parking around the hotel.
