Then our flight was over book so we had to stay two more nights so we came to sunscape staff is great the food was good and they a have white sand on the beach rooms with a great oceanfront view maybe a 1 to 2 min walk .. a lot amenities, all inclusive. We stayed in a Sun club Garden room. The room was spacious and had great views. The cleaning crew kept things tidy. Our butler Steavens was wonderful. The bar tender Pedro kept good drinks flowing. Food was good too.

Rooms were clean Friendly staff Had a lot of variety of foods Lots of pools and bars The spa was great Franlin Cordero Cedeño was really helpful to us. Costumer service on point, manner able and patient especially with the difference in language.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were amazing. However, the food is terrible and the juice/flavoring used for drinks has a terrible after taste and has a lot of artificial colors and additives. I expected better food for a Hyatt property and unfortunately I cannot recommend the property to a friend.

Really amazing stay! A special thank you to Franlin Cordero, our private concierge at Sunscape Coco. Franlin was very attentive and genuine. Very personable, quick to respond and helped us around the hotel and organised many activities for us. Would highly recommend him. Thank you Franlin ❤️
