A Surprising Let Down from the Ritz
Booked a junior suite that indicated it slept 3. Upon inspection of the room, it was clear that there was a mistake. There was only one bed and for a junior suite, it was quite small. We contacted reception and a roll bed was set up in the corner of the room. This was okay for our needs but seems to me that if a room can be booked for three people, a single bed/bedroom is inadequate and for the price, it was a bit disappointing to say the least.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just short walk to Mall of Berlin. The hotel is in great condition, as expected of a Ritz hotel. Staff are all great and well trained. Highly recommended for comfort and luxury.
