Very good location and amenities : jacuzzis, play room, available games … Shuttle very convenient (first stop on the morning so you are sure to find a seat !) Everything was very good. The sofa bed was also comfortable for my kids. The apartment is a little small so you need to have a good organization. The only negative thing: no elevator where we stay so not easy with the ski and everything.

The hotel is very 70s, but with nice updates. Had to switch rooms after check-in because the room STUNK! Like someone cooked pounds of broccoli, it was strange. The new room was clean and smelled great. The bed, though, was uncomfortable, and the room at night was very bright and hot- I had a terrible night's sleep.

The price was relatively reasonable, convenient ski rental and storage is available in the lobby, and parking is easy, but I would not stay here again unless it was my last option. It's a very basic hotel with dated style, dim lighting throughout, and multiple flights of stairs required for room access despite elevators.

No manager or anyone with authority on site made it impossible to contact the property ahead of time to cancel our reservation and to let the hotel know that we had come down with an illness which we did not want to spread to the property. Classic Avon property, location central to a number of in town restaurants. Easy in and out parking. Room was very clean and maintained. Some guest may need luggage assistance as the buildings are connected but the “corridors” are actually fairly narrow balconies open to an atrium. They have various up/down steps making it a little challenging moving luggage/groceries in and out. This property offers a friendly staff in a great location with a great price!
