The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a fantastic and comfortable stay! The rooms were incredibly comfy and clean, and housekeeping was top notch. The valet service was fast and convenient, especially for a downtown location where parking is a challenge. Aside from the hotel itself, the location was fantastic: walking distance from many restaurants, coffee shops, sports venues, and the gorgeous bridges. It was super easy to reach other parts of Pittsburgh as well. Highly recommend staying here if you find yourself in PGH!

Convenient location. Highly recommend the valet parking service especially if you're traveling with a lot of luggage. The front desk staff, cleaning staff and valet were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The street this hotel is on has many food and beverage options to choose from. Once we valeted the car, we walked everywhere. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The lobby was extremely hot…AC was not working properly. We observed several people at the front desk complaining that their rooms were hot. Luckily, our room was comfortable. The hallways were musty and the floors creaked…carpet over old floors. It was fine for one night and we liked the convenience of walking to PNC Park.

We love this hotel! It’s so nice and clean! The staff is super friendly! The rooms are nice sized and the tv is nice sized. We love stayed here several times and always have a great time.
