The hotel is wonderful, and the only reason I didn’t give it five stars is due to the lack of helpfulness and empathy from some staff members, especially at the valet. I also believe there could be clearer information and signage regarding this service. Aside from that, everything is incredible. This was my second stay, and I will definitely be coming back again.
