The views of the Caldera are just breathtaking. The junior suite we were staying in is very well planned with two balconies and a jacuzzi. A big thank you to the reception and Resturant staff. The room cleaning also deserves appreciation for their continued hard work we observed during our seven day stay. Overall a definite repeat trip.

The reception staff at Volcano View Hotel truly made our stay exceptional. Kostas, Maria, and Cristina were incredibly nice, warm, and welcoming — the perfect faces of the hotel as you arrive from the airport. They spent plenty of time with us explaining tours and activities around the island and made us feel genuinely cared for from the very first moment. The hotel itself is, of course, amazing: a dream location with stunning views. But it’s the people who make it a perfect place. We will definitely remember Kostas, Maria, and Cristina whenever we think back on our holiday in Santorini. Thanks so much for making us feel so welcome. Keep smiling and keep being amazing. The views at this hotel are absolutely breathtaking and were the highlight of our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the service did not live up to the expectations of a five-star resort. The staff was consistently slow, and there was very little pool service. Drinks had to be ordered and picked up from a walk-up bar, and guests were expected to return their own glasses afterward. What was most disappointing was the aggressive approach to tipping at checkout. Given the limited level of service throughout our stay, the pressure to leave an additional tip felt inappropriate and left us with a negative final impression. While the scenery and accommodations were excellent, the service experience fell well short of what we expected from a luxury property.

This was the best hotel experience I ever had. We had the Artimes Villa. It was so beautiful, clean, and spacious. The view of the sea were breathtaking. The personal pool and hot tub were the highlight. The breakfast brought to us every morning by Bobby was always plenty and delicious. The staff cleaned inside and outside our villa every morning.The staff was remarkable. Nico took such great care of us. Always making sure we had things to do, arranged drivers, and excursions. I look forward to coming back.
