This was a short getaway celebrating our grandson’s birthday. The room and entire property was maintained exceptionally well. Cleaning staff was very much on top of things. The front desk was friendly and very helpful. Parking was very convenient. Always handicap spots available for us. Very convenient to the beach with handicap accessibility. Will definitely consider Bonita Beach again!

The pool area was ok but can use some sprucing up . it doesn't look like it does in the pictures but overall was a good area compared to a lot of them. The common areas and office , elevators and game room were well maintained and very clean, Our room the king suite with a view was nice. it had a good view of the city and the bay. It also had a small ocean view which was ok but not as good as the bay /city view.you really cant call it a view, id call it a peek but it was very walk able and a short distance to the beach. The parking was excellent. The only issue with our room was that the balcony door had no screen door to leave the door open and the curtains needed some fixing but it was very clean and nice. our biggest will we rent that room again is that it is located right outside the elevator and ALL night all you can hear is it going up and down as we were on the 5th floor so be prepared to lay awake for quite awhile. we did sort of get used to it by day 3 but still ALL night until about 2 am which is no fault of the hotel staff , its just the way it was built . The front desk guy was really nice as were the housekeeping staff.

Great location if you’re looking to hit the beach. A 15 min drive from the main boardwalk / attraction . The room I had was equipped with a portable AC. Odd being most hotels have central air . The exhaust / vent was out of the balcony door which didn’t let it lock . Which was a safety concern . I called the front desk they did give me another room. The next room seemed to have central air and the balcony door did lock . The air was working for a few hours then seemed to be stuck on 79 degrees remainder of my stay . Very uncomfortable/ warm for my liking . My nephew was also with me and slept on the pull out couch. He ended up with bite marks on his arm that appeared shortly after laying down. I can’t say what it was . But that was concerning as well. Overall 5/10 .
