Older motel, being slowly renovated
This is an older motel. The rooms in the individual cottages are the oldest. The present owners are trying to update the property a little at a time. Apparently there were some instances of vandalism during the pandemic which are taking longer to fix. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms need updating, but the owners are doing what they can.

This is an older motel. We have stayed here many times over the years. The owners are trying to update the rooms, bedding, etc. It is a process, especially after the pandemic. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are being remodeled a few at a time. Maintenance is ongoing.

I've stayed there as it's one of only three properties in or near Fallbrook. Ownership decidedly doesn't care what about the comfort of their guests. The demographics of the ownership of the 3-properties is typical of medium price lodgings and that's terrible. Reminds me of the lodgings in deep Apalachian.
