We loved the location and how easy it is to get around! The kasa is much larger than it seemed as well, which made it feel very spacious. The walls are very thin, so be prepared to hear a lot of neighbors!

Really good communication from property and excellent check in instructions. Good location and the attached parking garage is all-day parking for $2, weekday is $9 all dat.

4/10 Fair

Even though it’s on the 3rd floor you felt like you’re in a basement due to the windows being so high up you can’t look out. I found it depressing. No place for clothing and just 1 hanger in the closet. Took 2 requests to get more hangers. I was told toilet paper is a special request that they could not accommodate.

Great location, weird layout
The location is central enough to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go for this trip and the neighborhood is safe and replete with cool shops and mediocre but passable restaurants. There was one great restaurant and one great bar, that Ill be visiting next year when I return, but I wont stay at this place again and the only reason is there is no natural light or windows in the bedrooms, nor is there a much needed overhead light in them. It’s pitch black. Now, I love a dark bedroom, but no overhead light is a tough sell when one must rely on bedside table lamps for light to get dressed or whatnot. It was a weird vibe because the apartments were all once offices and it shows. The rate was unbeatable for the space though. A two bedroom plus pull out couch for only $130/night. The “kitchen” was in the hallway directly across from the bedrooms so, even though its pitch black, you will definitely wake up if anyone needs a glass of water or something from the fridge. I am glad I brought earplugs, not for the outside noise but from the kitchen being directly in the hallway. So, bottom line, great bargain, but not great. All they would need to do is put in some natural light bulb ceiling lights in the bedrooms to improve the experience. I told them in my comments directly so, perhaps by the time you read this, they will have!

10/10 Exceptional

The location of the apartment was great, and easy to access from the 2nd floor of the parking garage. When we arrived to the apartment it was clean, spacious and quite. We noticed that side table in the living was tilted and looked and noticed that the screw was stripped. On our 2nd day, I had a migraine and spent half the day in bed (which is extremely comfortable), while my husband hung out in the living room while I rested, explored downtown and went to local shops. Later that day we went to the General Store, walked to dinner, went to the county fair 6 minutes away, then came back and walked to a rooftop bar. The location honestly couldnt have been better. The only slight down falls were, we couldnt use the side table in the living room, and had to go buy our own toilet paper and paper towels. Very small inconveniences compared to the amazing experience we had. We will definitely book with Kasa again

Good location for dinner at night. If needing public transport bus station is around the corner. Having laundry was a bonus.

A great place to stay
It was a great place, the only downside was the AC blew directly on the bed and there was a drunk racist woman that had been kicked out of the crises housing down the street outside the entrance. Only one of those things can be addressed by the rental so...

I wish the managers had been more prompt about finding us a different location once we reported that there were fleas in the unit - hopefully the spray prior to allowing new guests.

Safe, Clean Spacious
The apartment had several steps in order to access but my family & I did not mind as we felt safe & secure. We also enjoyed that there was plenty of space for my husband & I plus my kids to sleep confortably as we have outgrown a hotel since my kids are a little older now.

Dark and Depressing
Wow, I almost don't know where to begin. This was the most depressing, dark, sparse apartment I've stayed in via hotels.com. While it was clean, there were only two dim lights in the main living room and kitchen and the window faced another building, so it was super dark. There wasn't a TV in the bedroom, which I missed if only to listen to the news in the morning while I'm getting ready. While it has a full kitchen, the pots and pans all had plastic handles and there was no way to use the oven to bake anything, which was super frustrating after a trip to the grocery store. I had to stay here for almost a week for work and was so excited to check into the Embassy Suites nearby for my final night. Thank goodness this unit wasn't available. The walls were so thin, I couldn't just hear the neighbors, I understood their conversation. And when their alarm went off every morning, it took me a second to remember that it wasn't the fire alarm going off. Seriously, it was that loud. And it's the little things too--like not providing lids or sleeves for the to-go coffee cups. My coffee is cold by the time I get to my car in the parking garage, if it hasn't sloshed all over me by then. The photos for the listing show a bright space--this must've been highly edited at the very least. What you can't tell, is that there is hardly any lighting when it gets dark. Just trust me, the rates at the nearby Marriott and Embassy Suites are worth it.

heating system didn't work properly - cold
The condo was very nice. Unfortunately, it was rather cold outside and the heating unit was not able to keep up. It was around 60 degrees in the unit the entire 2 days of the rental. I called the help line for assistance. The said that they would try to contact the local service to correct the problem and call me back. The never called back. I would have been better off paying a bit more for a hotel. at least I wouldn't have had to shiver for 2 days.
