This was a cute and cozy spot to land near the airport. Unlike most airport hotels, it was very quiet. There is a large bar with food option and breakfast, but I didn't try it out. The new decor and the confortable bed saved this hotel from a very low rating. We arrived at 10.30pm the car park was full of people hanging out, strange, and the bar had stopped serving alcoholic drinks at 10pm. The exterior and the access to the rooms, without a lift, was dirty. The sound proofing was poor and we could hear all the planes taking off late at night and early in the morning. Breakfast was okay, however the scrambled eggs were absent, the dish was empty and would not be replenished according to the staff. The machine to boil the eggs was turned off and had no water in it; it took the manager to make it operational. All in all a mediocre experience that we will not renew.

Very clean, very convenient. Even after a little mixup at checking the staff were quite polite and effective trying to fix it. Due to technology limitations they had to wait for the manager the following morning to adjust the situation. While they took care of it I was offered a coffee and all was made right. Good value airport hotel

I would have given this hotel excellent because of the service given to us by Marie, Peggy and the staff working with them. Nothing was too much trouble. We ate in the restaurant each night and the staff there were good too. On the third day we were there we were left at the station waiting for the bus for half an hour and when we got back our room had no towels in it and the door had been left open. It was probably just a busy day but it was a shame in an otherwise very good stay. This was one of the best airport hotels I have stayed in and I would use it again.

Called for the shuttle and waited for ages. When I called back they said "get an Uber" and hung up on me. They then wouldn't answer the phone or the airport call system. On arrival the door lock was broken and it took ages to get into my room with the concierge opening with a master key. They assured me it would be repaired in the morning. Needless to say they didn't repair it and the receptionist couldn't let me into my room then disappeared completely. Bathroom was mouldy and the restaurant poor and overpriced - AVOID!

The Airport Shuttle is not available after 8:30 pm, so be ready to pay nearly 28$ CAN for a 6-8 minute ride. Make sure to ask the schedule for the way back to the airport. Good to know if you are not traveling light: be aware that there are no elevators, but it's only 2 stories high.
