Functional and Friendly

Excellent location - right next to Central Station. Staff were friendly and accommodating. They helpfully moved us rooms as we were originally at the front of the hotel which is opposite a very lively pub and situated on a main road. Moved to the back of the hotel which was much quieter. The room was clean and functional. Good shower!! Overall, highly recommended (unless you want a quiet location)

Got to check in early - thank you. Great location. Clean. Comfortable bed BUT Needs upkeep eg no outside space as advertised, lift broken, stains and holes in sheets, leak around sink, room smelt stale and musty etc etc. Price not at all justified

Hotel.is perfect for a cheap one night stay for a gig or event. It is very tired and a bit run down and shabby, but comfy enough and good value for money.

The hotel was very central, but disappointed needs upgraded badly room not clean , lift broke outdoor seating not available very expensive for very little , bedroom carpet filfy

Staff was friendly. The bathrooms need a major cleaning!! Black mildew all on shower walls and sink area. Elevator not working and sounded as if it hadn’t been for a while with no plans for repair. We were only there 2 nights and cost was reasonable considering location next to central station.

Superb location very close to Glasgow Central Station. Neat and clean room. Overall very enjoyable stay. No parking and very light breakfast without scrambled eggs and beans.
