Came into town for a preseason Packers/Steelers game. Right in the North Shore downtown area close to wonderful restaurants, museums, parks, and was a lovely overall experience. Staff was extremely helpful with everyone and everything even though it was completely crazy that weekend. Excellent onsite free breakfast in the morning and quick access to pretty much anything. Look forward to staying there again and taking in another game!

When we arrived there was quite a line but the staff had us taken care of in no time. Our room was clean and to our expectations. And the refrigerator worked very well!
Verified review

8/10 Very good

The room itself was very clean, nice, and well maintained, and overall we were happy with everything else about our stay. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely uncomfortable—it was honestly as hard as a rock. The pillows weren’t comfortable either, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. If the beds and pillows were more comfortable, this would have been a great stay!

8/10 Very good

The staff made this hotel. The beds are hard and the breakfast area is too small to accommodate the guest. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We needed extra blankets and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had enough of what we needed. Check in was easy and folks at the front desk were knowledgeable and extremely polite.
