Nice location & freindly staff
The hotel is very near to the city center. A 5 min walk to La Rambla. Staff were very helpful. Decent breakfast.

A hotel showing it's age
Hotel is located in a convienent location for la ramblas and the beach, although the street itself isn't great. We were given a superior and had to move on the first night to a single as there was water dripping through the ceiling in the bathroom. On the second night we were then moved again to a superior room. We were not reimbursed any money for staying in a single room as they apparently cost the same. But as compensation we were given 1 free breakfast. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout. All 3 rooms we stayed in had soft ceilings and visable damage in the bathroom due to lack of extractor fan. Overall rooms were nice but a bit tired. Wallpaper and furnishings needing updated. Beds were really comfy in the superior rooms. Grout around showers and baths needed cleaned. Mattresses needed replaces or to have covers on them as some stains. On the 2nd floor stairs for the entirety of our 3 night/4 day stay there was spilled ketchup - this being there for the entire time questions the cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast was okay.
