Lovely property and really friendly staff. Our apartment was nice but very tired. Air conditioner was slow. Bathroom was very dated. A large gap around sliding door means you can hear everything in the bathroom. Overall apartment was nice and sited next to pool. Snack bar was good. Self service was helpful. All inclusive was good but only includes drinks with dinner. Bar prices are reasonable. The only downside was we found a cockroach in our bedroom

Christmas 2024

We were originally put in a top floor apartment and when I asked if someone could take the cases up for us was told no, so they put us in a ground floor one. The floor hadn’t been swept properly. The next morning at 7am the kettle blew the electric fuse, so scrambled about in dark to sort it. We were given a new one later in the day. The apartments need an update as very old fashion, but the size is great. The staff were really good, especially Miguel from Sevilla. Nothing was to much trouble. The Christmas Day gala meal was outstanding and so much fresh fish and prawns, we were in our element. Food overall was very good. It is a few minutes walk to beach and bars, plus to a bus stop for Palma. The bar area where the evening entertainment was held didn’t have enough tables and chairs which meant sometimes we had to sit on bar stools, which as elderly people wasn’t satisfactory. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

The clientele consists predominantly of loud partygoers. Relaxation is hardly possible. There are too few sun umbrellas. On the terrace at the rear entrance, there are no umbrellas at all; it is impossible to sit there in full sunlight.

Everything about this place is geared around the guest. Staff is attentive, friendly, efficient, and eager to help. The buffet dining area is not your ordinary buffet; it's a masterpiece in presentation and taste and well attended so there are never any empty choices. Excellent location for a short walk to the beach and shops. Rooms are refreshed daily and kept clean and neat. You will not be disappointed by staying here.

They need to add pictures of what the room REALLY looks like. You DO NOT get a double room. Rather a double inside a really small box room. Hardly any space. This is NOT a 4 star. More like a 2 star. MAYBE a 3 star at best.

One of my worst hotel experience.

It was rated as a 4star on your website but I disagree completely. At best, it is a 3star. The hotel is in need of refurbishment. The cleanliness was a write off. No entertainment- no matter how subtle and the food was quite basic. The hotel staff are not prepared to host international tourists. We were disappointed. I wanted to leave as soon as I checked in. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone

Hjälpsam personal för det mesta. Stora, bra rum. Bakfall i duschen och en hel del myror, men städningen var bra så de var acceptabelt ändå. Kvaliteten på maten var sådär, dricka ingår inte i halvpension (inte ens vatten) vilket inte var så tydligt och ingen prislista fanns. Två bra pooler.

Zimmereinrichtung war OK, teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Leider gibt es nur eine große Bettdecke für 2 Personen, was bei einer Reise mit Freunden etwas schwierig ist. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und auch qualitativ sehr gut. Für die Playa de Palma gibt es eine recht schöne Poolanlage, welche jedoch in Bezug auf die Hotelgröße zu wenig Liegestühle bietet. Jetzt zum negativsten Punkt: DER CHECK-IN... 90 Minuten Wartezeit weil die Organisation an der Rezeption eine einzige Katastrophe ist. Statt bei Personen die früh morgens anreisen alles fertig zu machen und später nur noch die Schlüssel zu übergeben, wird jeder Hotelgast auf 15 Uhr bestellt, und erst da werden alle Formalitäten abgearbeitet. Das es somit bei 50 wartenden Gästen vor der Rezeption in einem Chaos endet ist von vorn herein vorprogrammiert. Hier sollte das Management dringend seine Abläufe prüfen.

Im gesamten ist man im Hotel bestens aufgehoben. Alle Angestellten waren supernett.. Nur die nicht vorhandene Kleiderkontrolle beim Frühstück und Abendessen hat uns gestört. Party machen ist ja in Ordnung, aber muss man in diesem (bekannten) Outfits so in den Speisesaal?? Ich denke das Problem kann man im Hotel besser und relativ einfach lösen.
