We were on all inclusive basis. Food was excellent with a variety of food available all day. Animation team is great with different activities for everyone. Staff very friendly. Excellent service.

Fantastic trip, it was my birthday and the hotel team gave me champagne and a cake at dinner which was lovely! Hotel is a short walk to the private beach, which is part sandy part rocky. The indoor pool and adults only pool were fantastic to swim in, and as vegetarians we had lots of food options. Only con - Any tourist attraction required a long bus or a short taxi ride, prices are quite expensive for the distance travelled.

Nice property with children pool and nice adult pools as well. The food was really really good! We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are basic but very clean and spacious. The only 2 disadvantages we had were that no one told us the kids club is completely closed in September and that there were many fire ants around the pool- once we said it to the staff I think they sprayed the area and couple of days later it became a bit better.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel overall. The food was fantastic, and the all-inclusive package was a real highlight. The variety of snacks and quality of the alcohol were great, and it was especially convenient for our little kids. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting with every question we had. However, we did encounter a couple of issues. There were fire ants in the kids' pool area, which resulted in my kids and me getting bitten on two separate days. I requested that the area be sprayed to address this issue. Additionally, there were limited activities for children. Despite these concerns, our stay was really enjoyable!

This is my third time now. Always great service, food, availability of water sports, games etc to suit all ages Varied evening entertainment, plenty for kids and toddlers too. Spacious facility with 4 pools and lawned grounds, running to the beach and sea. The place is as busy as I’ve known it from the beginning of coming here. Staff are always courteous and glad to help you with anything they’re able. The popularity of the place speaks for itself.

Il personale particolarmente gentile ed efficiente, il cibo ottimo. Purtroppo la struttura mi ha deluso, è decisamente antiquariata e il rapporto qualita/prezzo non è idoneo. Sicuramente era un ottimo 4 stelle molti anni fa.. Necessità di una ristrutturazione importante. In camera c'è solo una presa elettrica (tra cellulari/tablet e macchina fotografica in tre persone non è sufficiente 1 presa) . Alle 7 di mattina nonostante la piscina ancora chiusa e nessuna persona nei paraggi i lettini erano già tutti occupati con asciugamani

Après une arrivée tumultueuse (due à une chambre communicante et à des voisins très tendus) nous avons pu avoir un changement de chambre le lendemain. Situation très bien gérée par la manager. L’hôtel est un peu vieillissant mais spacieux et les extérieurs côté mer sont très agréables. Côté piscine c’est très bien et surtout propre à l’exception des chats errants. Les repas sont assez variés et qualitatifs. Le service convient parfaitement. Globalement donc un séjour bien agréable à un prix très abordable.

Being completely honest, this is not a property we would recommend or ever return to. Having stayed at the Olympic Lagoon and Aliathon resorts, it really shows this hotel and resort for what it is. An old tired building, poor selection of restaurants and food choices for All Inclusive, and rooms that when we were packing, we realised how dirty and dusty it was as it had not been cleaned properly. I feel sorry for the staff because most of them are really nice and really helpful - but this is not a 4* resort or hotel!

Very friendly staff. All our requests were fulfilled. Except for the indoor swimming pool, which was not warmed up on the last day, due to low season or some work going on. The food was very good, the buffet was rich and abundant. The management was always present and visible. We definitely recommend this hotel.
