The location was absolutely amazing—perfectly situated for exploring the city and close to everything you’d want to see and do. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, quick, and very convenient, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I also really appreciated the thoughtful details, like the slippers provided in the room—it’s little touches like that which make a stay feel more comfortable and welcoming. A special thank you goes to Nicoletta, who truly went above and beyond during our stay. She made sure everything at breakfast was always fully stocked and fresh, and even kindly offered us bananas to take with us on our way out. Her care and attention did not go unnoticed and made our experience even more memorable.
