I rent very comfortable rooms for days in the center of Valencia university area. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, hall, balcony, laundry room, living room and dining room, 2 elevators, a pet weighing no more than 12kg could be allowed. and the guest must be responsible for their pet. We have all the services nearby: metro, tram, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, discos, different beaches, bicycles, City of Art and Sciences, Universities etc.
