Not 5 star maybe 3 at best
I recently stayed at a hotel and would like to share my experience with you. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the bar was very nice with great cocktails. One of the highlights of the hotel was its ski in and out feature, which was a massive plus for me. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast as it lacked fresh fruit and only had one small coffee machine. The powdered eggs were also not up to par.
The room I stayed in was very dated, and the shower had no way to hang on the wall without soaking the whole room. Considering the level of accommodation, I found the hotel to be quite expensive. Despite being advertised as a 5-star hotel, I would personally rate it as a 3-star at best.
To add to my dissatisfaction, there was a party going on in the room next door at midnight. When I brought this issue to the attention of the reception, they told me to go talk to the people in the room myself, as they didn't want to leave the reception to handle the situation.
The spa facilities were okay, but they seemed outdated. Additionally, the steam room only worked intermittently. Overall, my experience at the hotel was mixed, with some positives and negatives.
