    Unbelievable!
    Whilst staying at the Grand Hotel Capodimonte 22-15 June) we had a very unfortunate experience which left my wife shaken: A man physically entered our room in the early hours - on two occasions. My husband went to the night receptionist to report what had occurred. The receptionist said ‘the man was drunk’ and it was now sorted. There was no apology, he didn’t ask if we were all right. In fact, he argued that this was acceptable. Hence our extreme disappointment in the way this was poorly handled without resolve. It is now over a week since we left the hotel and there has been no contact. The following morning we spoke to the hotel reception and General manager who stated ‘ it’s impossible ‘ ... the guest and hotel staff are the only ones to hold the key. This would suggest that some investigation into the hotel staff is urgently needed - he must have been given a key to gain entry to our room. This is sadly not an acceptable response, customer service or care from a ‘rated’ hotel.
