Location is excellent. The rooms are on the smaller side, but it is whats expected in Tokyo and it was perfect for two people, plus it was super clean. Very friendly staff and they have free lockers to use.

Reasonably Priced Property in Shinjuku
We stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. All of our trips in and around Tokyo originated from the Shinjuku station which is fairly close, about 1km from the hotel. It’s even walkable with our medium size luggage. The hotel provided us with a good base to explore the city.

It was okay
Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean but compared to all other 4 hotels we have stayed at, this was the smallest and by far a little bit kind of old/out-dated for the price we’ve paid for. The room was super warm most of the time and the air conditioning wasn’t really cooling down the room either, so I found it hard to sleep comfortably despite turning on both the AC and humidifier. The hotel’s location is more on the quieter section of Shinjuku city.

Very clean and functional but small single room. Easy access to Shinjuku train/subway station and you can walk through underground walkways on rainy days.

Ok, but not particularly charming
The hotel is huge and not particularly charming. We stayed on the 23rd floor and eventually got quite tired of the elevator stopping at so many floors. The room was very warm, and the window was wet and impossible to see through. However, the staff was friendly, so no blame should be placed on them. Shinjuku feels like one big construction project, so next time, we’ll choose accommodation in a different district.”

The room is very small . It is far away From Shinjuku . About 13 min. Walking . We stay this property because there is Limousine bus to go airport which is so convenient.
