We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The only thing I would have improved, was that the cookware they provided needed some cleaning before we could use it, and we did not receive cleaning services, but it may have been request-only due to the length of our stay. Room was beautiful though the brutalist concrete architecture can take a second to adjust to, especially if you have sound sensitivity, as it definitely echoes in the room. Overall it was a great place go to relax at the beach and have a drink while getting away.

Our stay here at the Max was wonderful. The rooms offer every amenity needed. We were beyond impressed with the room and the hotel as a whole. We'll most definitely stay here when we visit Daytona Beach again. The concierge service was amazing.

I recommend having umbrellas by the chaise in the pool area. All staff was exceptional which includes Linda at front desk, All three bartenders ladies. The chef cook very good smash burgers and wings. I will bring my family back.

My boyfriend and I live about 15 minutes from the Max and decided to stay for a night when my AC went out, it was going to be fixed the day we checked out, so we decided to stay on the beach, I’ve never heard of the Max before but it over exceeded our expectations, the staff was so friendly and sweet and the rooftop game room and sunset lookout was beautiful. We really enjoyed ourselves, we’ll definitely be back

This resort is an excellent choice if you prefer a quite and calm stay away from the pier resort area which is a couple of miles away. Nice spacious units with lots of amenities in this home away from home :). The staff at the front desk and the Venn bar and restaurant are simply outstanding. And don't forget to rent their bicycles...great bikes for a great beach ride! Next time I am there(and yes I will be there again) I hope to see daily room cleaning and towel replacement service. Highly recommend!!
