8/10 Very good

We enjoyed the hotel very much and will stay there again. Wished using your restaurants and other facilities but too many things to see and people to meet so didn't get to spend time relaxing in a huge room. Great location!

Fantastic property. Helpful staff and well maintained. My room was recently updated and spacious. The hallways have a little wear and my room's HVAC was somewhat unfriendly. Overall I was quite happy with my stay and I'd go back anytime.

8/10 Very good

The hotel is an excellent location, very convenient to metro and DC attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The beds are fairly comfortable and the rooms are large. The rooms’ decor, furniture and accessories could use a little upgrade. In particular, the lighting is terrible in the bathroom and room’s lamps are a bad design for lighting and use.

We were only there for one night with our 2 kids, but the hotel left an impression. The staff was really attentive, the room was modern, clean, and huge, and the royal animal theme was a hit with the kiddos. Very convenient location as well. Would definitely stay again if I come to DC.

Great location, so many restaurants around, from breakfast to even late snacking. Clean room, friendly staff. The only problem is their small & few elevators, which can be annoying if you’re in a rush.
