Beautiful but Disappointing
My family and I stayed here for only one night, because we wanted to be closer to the airport for our last night in Orlando before an early flight. The woman who checked us in was kind and efficient, but we were given no information about the amenities, wi-fi access, etc. unless I asked about it specifically. And no, there was nobody waiting to check in behind me, so it wasn't as if she was rushing to assist other guests. The hotel and grounds are absolutely beautiful, everything was very clean, and my family had a great time in the pools and hot tubs. However, everything from parking to wi-fi to creamer for your coffee was an extra charge. I was very disappointed in the overall service considering the cost of the resort and how much we were looking forward to a relaxing stay.

Hotel was very nice, super clean amd well maintained. My only complaint was self parking daily prices was way to much in my opinion, @ 32.00 per day and the distance to and from the parking lot to the hotel. Especially when coming back in the evening when you hand to park in the last rows.

I was extremely surprised with how big and how many dinning options there were in this hotel! It was absolutely beautiful! The rooms were big and the beds were very comfortable (this is super hard for me to say) the front desk staff was extremely friendly! It was overall a 10000/10 experience!

The hotel is beautiful and very, very large. My room was at the end of the wing, so quite a distance from the elevator. The good news was that I had windows on two walls. The bad news was the long walk. Also, self-parking is very far from the front desk and from the elevators to the rooms. If you have difficulty walking, be sure to tell them at check in. The room itself was very nice. The bed and linens were dreamy. There was a small refrigerator in the dresser. The toilet and tub/shower were in a separate room with a door. The vanity area was large and included a lighted make up mirror and a full length mirror on the wall. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel for Business
This is a huge and gorgeous Hotel. Great for Business or events (Like the Pop Tarts Bowl they were hosting), not so for family especially with lazy boys (Yeah that's on me) that hate to walk long distances. The Hotel looked like a city where the distance from the parking lot to our room was like a mile. There was a minor incident, after first night our room door was left unlocked with the door stopper/prop on, by the room service personnel. The door stayed open all day until we returned to the room very late at night. The good thing is (that's why I joked about long mile distance) our room was at the end of the hall so it was unnoticed by other guests, otherwise anyone could break in.
