Having spent five nights at another hotel, returning to Grosvenor House really highlighted why we love staying here. The comfort and atmosphere were excellent. The Wi-Fi was occasionally unreliable, and lift waiting times could be slow, especially from the 32nd floor, but overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Great views of the marina and beach from our balcony. Rooms are huge and well equipped with everything you need and are immaculate and cleaned every day. The staff are exceptional and provide a superb service. Breakfast choices are vast and the staff so attentive. This hotel and the staff are incredible and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Dubai. My 2nd visit and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
