The young lady that checked us in was amazing, even went to check on our dog when we went to dinner. Lobby was clean. Booked 3 rooms and all of them smelled moldy and horrible. Glass doors in shower hadnt been cleaned and covered in soap scum. Beds are very soft and dipped in the middle. Carpet was tore at edges, felt dirty and still had cracker crumbs from previous guest.

we drove 15 hours, checking in was really good the young lady at the front desk was really nice welcoming and very sweet, when we got to our room it was very disappointing, blow drier didn't work went to front desk to let them know they said they would change it in 5 minutes they never came in to replace ,,bathtub was dirty, towels were dingy and yellowish, floor in bath room was very sticky, front door lock wasn't locking all the way. .Not planning on staying there again. The property was very dirty and smelled of mildew and weed. When we arrived we were giving two dirty rooms before they found a clean one for us. The smoke detector was falling out of the ceiling, the electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work and all bedding and towels had yellow stains on them. We left our reservation early because of how dirty this hotel was. Only reason i gave it a two was because the staff was friendly.

This was not a good location. The first one I was given, had a leak in the air-conditioning and the carpet was soaking wet. The room had a dank, musty smell, and the second room I was given, the bed sheets were stained. When I walked in the first thing I noticed was big plastic bins underneath a pretty big leak in the ceiling in the lobby area. The front desk person was friendly enough. She was quick to accommodate me when the first room didn’t work out. But, when I went back downstairs to tell her about the dirty linen in my second room, and that I had changed my mind about staying and that I wanted a refund she was definitely not as friendly.
