We went away. This hotel should be taken out of business. Everything is old and not clean. The pool can not be used, the water is all green. The elevators are broken for a long time. We had 2 rooms, they both stank. And the carpets are all dirty in the rooms and hallways. Don’t go to this hotel. Its a shame!!!

There are bed bugs and cockroaches. The elevators don't work, and the room doors dont lock. The building looks like it's falling apart, and it is not up kept or clean. the staff don't even wear uniforms and are not attentive.

The place didn't look anything like it was presented on the website. The phone and the cable for the TV were disconnected and the room smelled of smoke. They also don't answer the phone. We tried to call the hotel several times prior to our stay and they never answered.

Horrible, elevator was down so asked for a room on the first floor for my elderly mom. Got a handicapped room that flooded when I took a bath. We get another room and the smoke detector goes off every 2 minutes. And we see roaches in that bathroom. Plus pool was dreadful not at all like it’s pictured. It was brown with cigarette butts in it! The sheets were stained as were they he pillow cases. And no other place to go at 1:00 a.m. We traveled 6 hours and couldn’t even rest. The lady at the desk was nice, the only positive. I was baffled that anyone would actually rent out any room in such conditions. Falsely advertised!! No Comfort to be found there. Go anywhere else.

The hotel was not clean and many things were In a serious state of disrepair. The staff seemed indifferent. I would recommend against staying there even considering the low price. Tonight I am staying in a much nicer hotel, similar price within a couple miles and in a better neighborhood (Wingate by Wyndham). I normally find Choice Hotels to be better value than Wyndham, but clearly not this time.

Y'all need y'all a** whopped

When we 1st got to our room, unknown stain on 1 bed. Couldn't call the desk, no phone. Had to walk all the way to front desk to get clean sheets. As I'm at the front desk, my kids call me to tell me the remote is broken and doesn't work. We go to dinner at chilli's nextdoor. When we returned to shower and get ready for bed, dun dun dun... NO TOWELS, not a one. Had to walk all the way back down to get em. Lady on duty was a doll. Now as we were trying to go to sleep, the pillows... Trash, and roaches took over the bathroom like we were in their way. And as we lay, some strange dude trying to open our door, thank God I had a gun. THE DEADBOLT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL !!!! WHICH IS ILLEGAL FOR A HOTEL. Bottom line, we'll never stay here again. And the app won't let me upload the pictures I've taken
