One day there was only hot water in the bathroom! They also had to change my reading lamps. The hotel needs a major renovation to its furniture, electrical contacts, as well as lighting and air conditioning system.

Hotel cerca de la Expo Guadalajara. Es todo lo bueno que puedo decir. De resto, necesita una actualización urgente (mobiliario, iluminación, pisos..). Se siente viejo y descuidado.

En general es una buena opción si vas a expo Guadalajara. El hotel ya es viejo y se nota, pero se mantiene limpio. El servicio a cuarto es exageradamente caro.

No hay problema en los registros de la entrada y la salida . La limpieza excelente, la llave (tarjeta) de la habitación se des configuraba y tenía q estar bajando a la recepción para activarla, el menú del restaurante en el desayuno caro para lo que se ofrece. La ubicación excelente

No vale lo que cuesta

El colchón malo, la regadera no servía ( agua a todos lados menos a hacia abajo), no me canmbiarin la toalla ni repusieron jabón, personal de recepción con muy mala actitud. Hoteles necesitan poner las fotos reales y confirmar lo que ponen del hotel, compare como siempre, creí lo que vi y compre. Mala experiencia aaa y eso del trato vip solo uds lo saben, los hoteles cuando compraste en aplicación te tratan diferente y te dan las peores habitaciones.
