Staff were fabulous, as was breakfast and room service.
Couldn't fault it.

4 Jul 2026Best hotel I’ve ever been too with the most amazing service ever. They beat the Fairmont in Canada. I’ve never seen a perfect hotel like this in my life. Been to many countries but haven’t seen any hotel like the Fairmont Dubai. The best staff and most cleanest hotel I’ve ever been to. They even brought my son rental shoes for the gym as our luggage was delayed. The food is amazing and the staff goes above and beyond to meet your expectations they don’t turn down any of your requests.

12 Jan 2026Rooms were clean, staff were excellent. Only issue was there was always a queue for breakfast in the morning which resulted in two of the days us having to skip breakfast as the queue was too long

17 Dec 2025Great Hotel. Like all other Hotels in Dubai serivce is exceptional, Valet for free, nice clean spacious rooms. We loved the sushi bar that was open when we arrived late at night and the breakfast was great - we did not order breakfast ahead of time and were offered to have it for a reduced and reasonable price.
