We were upgraded to a family room which was lovely! Staff very helpful and arranged for some wine and flowers for my partner’s birthday. If you are not used to sleeping near a main road you may find it difficult due to the traffic. The pool in hotel was very small but the sauna was lovely (steam room was shut). The pool across the road was a handy option, especially once we’d checked out of the hotel.

Room did not live up to expectations, didn't look like the pictures. Sound proofing level is zero. You can hear everything through the walls. If you're visiting during peak season it will not be a fun experience if you like to sleep in peace. The hotel does have a jacuzzi, and a sauna (which was not working)

Great location close to bars and restaurants along Sliema Waterfront. Fantastic views across the water to Valletta which is easy to get to with Sliema ferries or local buses. Free use of he Aqualuna pool and sunbed complex opposite hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Only booked bed and breakfast so cant comment on food but plenty of great places to eat locally. Have stayed 3 times this year. Very reasonable price on Expedia .

Its a nice hotel. Clean, location is perfekt and the breakfast is good. But if you want to get some sleep bring earplugs. You need to slam the room doors to close them and the sound proofing is terrible. I told a girl at the reception that there is something in the shaft (the one you can see from the room windows) that was beeping loudly 24/7. She said that they will send mantainance but nothing happened.

From start to finish, our stay was exceptional. Check-in was smooth, and although we were initially given a first floor room, the staff happily moved us to a fifth floor room with a balcony, no hassle at all. The rooms were very comfortable, but the real standout was the staff, super friendly, helpful, and truly fantastic, thank you to you all. Having access to the pool across the road was a great bonus and made the experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone planning a stay in Malta who doesn’t want to be in the heart of Valetta old town.
