The service was excellent - staff were friendly and they let us check in super early, which was really appreciated. They also helped us with an iron when requested. The location is great! The room is small but comfortable. Our shower was not good. It was either burning (like scolding hot) or cold.

The rooms are large and well maintained. Everything works well. The only drawback is that after 11 pm there is nobody at the reception. So be careful as to not lose your rooms keys, otherwise all good!

Poor service and amenities
This “hotel” doesn’t have 24 hr functioning reception and also they turn off their lift after they leave at 11pm. So if you stay upper floors , you need to take quite long stairs after that. Also room had a very loud and disturbing sounding Air conditioning which had to be turned off to get some sleep. Receptionist were not welcoming as it is supposed yo be in a hospitality establishment . You dont know if you are checking in and out to a hospital or a hotel.

The price was very very high for a small room. Especially when you come late night and leave early morning and the price paid is for 20 hours min (considering their check in and check out timings). Reception agreed to stay till I check in after 11pm - very happy with her for agreeing to this. Irrespective the cost is not at all in sync with the time. Breakfast did not have much options. Especially for Vegetarians.
