Esta foi nossa terceira estadia no hotel e o lugar continua nos encantando. O café da manhã é excelente e a celebração de Réveillon superou nossas expectativas, tanto pela ceia quanto pela festa. No entanto, como clientes recorrentes, notamos que o hotel precisa de atenção em alguns pontos: o SPA estava com a hidromassagem desativada, a academia possui equipamentos antigos e o sistema de elevadores apresentou falhas frequentes. Tivemos também um contratempo com o serviço de quarto: um pedido agendado foi cancelado e, após a reclamação, entregue com 2 horas de atraso. Além disso, a política de exigir agendamento para pedidos noturnos até as 18h é pouco funcional para os hóspedes. Esperamos ver melhorias na manutenção para que possamos retornar em breve e ter a experiência completa que o hotel sempre ofereceu.
