O hotel estava lotado, e aberto ao público para Day Use, com isso, o atendimento foi péssimo, a equipe não estava preparada para atender tantas pessoas, e os hóspedes que pagaram R$2500,00 a diária para ficar lá, não tinham nenhuma vantagem comparado aos de Day Use. No jantar, era servido sopa que levou 1h pra vir. Quando finalmente chegou, logo trouxeram o prato principal e deixaram esfriando na ponta da mesa até terminarmos nossa sopa. Revoltante fazer tamanho investimento para ter uma experiência como essa.

Equipe de funcionários do café de manhã precisa mais treinamentos pra manipulação de produtos alérgicos, por exemplo bolo sem glúten estava sendo servido ao lado do pão francês normal; na mesa do preparo dos omeletes, tinha frutas e iogurte porém o funcionário não sabia que aquele iogurte não tinha glúten, só disse tem glúten, sem olhar. Achei péssimo o treinamento
