The property was well clean and located centrally for all tourist attractions. The spa at the hotel is expensive and the service wasn’t as good as expected from a 5* establishment. Having extensively travelled, the Hotel Spa I would rate 3* compared to the rest of the 5* services around the hotel.

The place is extremely clean. It is super nice and luxurious. The workers are great and very nice. Especially an employee Suleman, thanks for the help good sir. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The front staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and convenient whilst we travelled and stayed here as a big group. The restaurant recommended were fantastic And the spa treatments were worth every riyal!

I recently stayed at this resort and had an incredible experience! The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and I’d like to give a special mention to Sameer from the cleaning team. He was so attentive and made sure everything was perfectly clean each day, adding that extra touch to our stay. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and welcoming getaway!

Our stay at Rixos Gulf Hotel was perfect. From the cleanliness, entertainment, food and service from staff. The children loved the hotel as the animation team were great and kids club had activities for the children throughout the day. The pool was perfect kept at a nice tempreture considering the chilly weather at times and the food was great at the Farmhouse. A special thanks to the Farmhouse staff and Lanker the room service who kept our room clean and tidy. Thank you Rixos
