Upon arrival the bed was unmade, bathroom floor and tub had hair in and out it and there was a cockroach. I did get a new room which was in better condition but didn’t even receive an apology or acknowledgement other than “here’s the new key”. The rest of the place looked to be in poorer condition as well.

The young lady at the service desk was very nice. Our room was very nice especially for the price. The continental breakfast was fine. The address on the Hotels.com site was wrong. The address is 450 Moye when you put it into the phone it sends you to 762 Moye. Hopefully that can get fixed.

I had a wonderful stay at the Microtel Inn and Suites in Greenville, NC. All the staff were super helpful and friendly, including assisting me with a smile on a couple of issues, even on a packed ECU Family Weekend. I will definitely book again (plus, you can stay for an affordable price.) Greenville folks are so nice and passionate about their Pirates! I love it!
