Exceptional experience!The staff always went beyond their way to satisfy and are extremely friendly and welcoming.Tahani made my check in very smooth and has been helpful throughout the stay. Naser as well,from concierge was out there helping me every single day and made sure I had everything I needed. Not to forget the in room dining, they also called for feedback and gave a nice gesture after my review on the order. Highly recommended hotel. Amazing staff, great clean spacious rooms, and amazing service!

Honest compliments to improve their motivation

it was a pleasant stay and staff KARTHI (waiter) is beyond expectations. He is very observant of my drinks & coffees. The moment i sat, he came greeting me with my favorite coffee without being asked/told. Overall, all staffs are very accommodating & warm.
