Excellent Stay!
Absolutely fabulous hotel! The staff is extremely kind and they serve a fantastic breakfast each morning. The rooms are also very clean and nice. Located close to the heart of the city, which makes walking to sites/restaurants very convenient. If I ever visit Munich again, I would definitely stay here!

Beautiful hotel right next to the Oktoberfest festivities. We stayed in a basement room that smelled recently remodeled. Was a perfect spot to stumble home to for the night. Just wish it wasn't over 500 during the festival. But for convenience we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely setting in quiet residential area well located for Oktoberfest and public transportation. Building undergoing renovation, which looked to be almost done. My single room was small and not well lit but otherwise adequate. Breakfast was nice.

At first, we were apprehensive about the hotel from what others have put on the Internet. When I stayed there for 7 nights, I find peace and I felt safe. No issues with toiletries as I got my own shampoo and shower gel. The room was speck clean. I was able to hook my computer to the tv screen via my hdmi cable and stream movies to watch on it. I was able to feel at home with my own tv programs and radio music. The hotel provided my basic needs. I just had to make myself comfortable with my own things. Love the stay there and it was memorable. Btw, even without the aircon, the room was well ventilated and we we able to sleep well.

Couldn't ask for a better location if you're visiting for the oktoberfest. The hotel was very nice with spacious rooms and was literally 2-3 minute walk from the entry for the oktoberfest. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and allowed us to leave our car parked at the hotel for a few hours the next day even after we checked out.

Amazing location for Oktoberfest. There is no bathroom in the hotel, if you arrive early, you can leave your luggage, which is very helpful, but you can't use a restroom, which is awkward. Our hotel room had someone's left over half drank water bottle in it, so that was odd/unfortunate. The staff was very kind and helpful. Would stay again. No AC, but they do have fans you can ask at the front to borrow.

I was in Munich for Oktoberfest so it was the perfect location. Typical European hotel. My only complaint was the shower was a little finicky. It would go from cold to very hot during my shower. No AC so I didn't sleep very well. Again, that's typical. Staff were friendly and super helpful. I would stay again only in cooler months. I like it cool when I sleep.
