This was a great hotel. Excellent location, beautiful rooms and friendly staff. Parking service worked well given the location in the pedestrian area. One staff member really stood out - Ada. She was our first point of contact and was professional and super helpful.

It was average, compared to other hotels in Trapani, I think they are a little overpriced for what it is. Its clean and very central in a quite area, so perhaps if peace and quite is of preference this is the place otherwise, I wouldn't necessary return.

Great location, nice rooms, and beautiful bathroom! The parking situation is inconvenient but to be expected in the old part of the city. Lots of late street noise on Saturday night. Hard to sleep. Fantastic rooftop bar!

Restful Retreat
The one bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The concierge was very helpful with information and printing documents I needed for onward travel. There were many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The apart hotel was in a lovely part of the old city. We enjoyed exploring Trapani, lots of piazzas and scenic views by the water.

Wonderful accommodation!
We really enjoyed our two day stay at this hotel. The receptionist (Ileana) was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and immaculately clean. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the historic area close to the sea. The only small difficulty was the fact that the streets around the hotel have restricted access for cars, so we had to walk a few blocks with our luggage. As we came off season, their restaurant was closed. However, there are lots of great restaurants nearby, so that was not a problem.

For the first time ever in Italy, we experienced a very welcoming, positive and genuine delightful staff, no matter if the receptionist or the cleaning staff. It just makes such a difference. The hotel it self, is in very good condition, well placed, quiet and clean. We had an issue with the A/C, and it was fixed immediately. The restaurant connected to the hotel was equal good and friendly. This is also where you are served breakfast. The breakfast it self, was af good quality and plenty. For the "italien standard" this place deserve 5 stars rating.

The B&B is right next to Duomo....right in the centre and a short walk to all the major attractions including the beach and lovely restaurants. However, there is a massively steep 3 fligths of stairs to climb. Our room was at the top and hot but there was a electric air conditioner. The couple were friendly, but breakfast is not on site. The shower facilities you can cope with but not of the highest standard. The room did grow on us with lovely trendy decor but all in all it wasn't worth the price. In other towns we got cheaper and a greater standard of living, its just a shame it was a last minute booking. If you are in need this place will meet your needs, we were just spoilt in other hotels and were not expecting this.

Joli et bien placé
Hôtel situé dans le centre historique. Les chambres sont très grandes avec une jolie terrasse. Un rooftop très agréable mais le bar était fermé lors de notre venue. Le petit déjeuner est assez moyen.

Consigliato!
Torniamo sempre molto volentieri in questo hotel. La centralità e la pulizia sono i punti di forza. Ho notato che sta ammodernando alcuni appartamenti: sono certo che diverranno ancora più belli!
