This is a wonderfully managed very charming hotel in the hyperkinetic heart of Naples. Situated in a renovated Situated in a renovated, restored palace, the hotel has a lot of charm, as its name suggests. A very tasty, wonderful breakfast each morning. Luigi at the front desk is a gem.

Breakfast room is amazing. Breakfast also good and abundant. But a/c quite terrible. It starts automatically and you can not turn it off by yourself. 26 C in a room is not comfortable especially not in the night. It can be turned of at the reception but very inconvenient. Staff friendly and serviceminded. Location in the old quarter is good for exploring Napoli.

Room was pretty basic but clean. Heating always came on when you left the room which meant the door to the balcony had to be opened to cool the room down and as you can imagine in Napoli the smoke and exhaust pervaded the room all night. The breakfast room and spread is very good so no complaints there. If you're driving access can take some getting used to but once you know where to park it's pretty easy and convenient.
