The pool was full of cracked tiles. A lot of them were missing. I didn't try the pool since I don't want to cut my feets. It looked as approx 60-70 percent of the rooms were closed. My room was in dire need of some restaurations, primarily the bathroom. The breakfast buffé was aiming to please asian tourists mainly and the staff was slow to fill up when something was out. Very nice hotell staff though On

The room is very nice and clean. The area is walkable to all shopping area like D’Mall. All employees I have met is very friendly and accommodating. I made a great decision to request for a pick up from the Airport to the Hotel and back to the Airport. The service is really great. If coming back to this place, I would chose them again.

The first 2 times was perfect, this time, the rooms (we booked 3 rooms) were musty and the restrooms smelled of urine, even after housekeeping- maybe it’s time for a renovation. Overall, staff was pleasant and you can’t beat the complimentary daily breakfast.

This is not a 4 star hotel, poorly maintained, rooms very outdated, nothing like the photos, pool, chairs and surrounds in need of upgrade, staff unfriendly, breakfast average only catering to Asian travelers. This is our 3rd stay. The staff hands down are very good! The waiting staff John and Marge are the best! Cristina is great at the front desk! However, facility needs a bit of focus. The property has to be renovated. You can tell by the looks and smell. There’s a musty smell coming out of the bathroom. It was also raining a lot when we were there, they need to fix their drainage too. Wi-Fi was very unreliable, I ended up using my own data. On the good side, the hotel is at the beach front and very close to restaurants and D’ Mall. Staffs were accommodating and nice. Breakfast was decent too.
