the hotel is very dated/old and generally not kept well. The room was clean, and reception service was very good. the listing states ideal for solo travellers, but I disagree. the area felt unsafe at night and there was very loud music in the area, making it hard to sleep. Reception was kind enough to let me refund 1/3 nights and I moved hotels. It ended well, but I don’t recommend the location for foreign travellers

The hotel executed, the thing it is in excellent fashion. Let’s be clear. This is a residence in ordinary neighborhood. Don’t get confused, you can be a first class executor of a perfectly ordinary situation. Like everyone of these kinds of places I’ve ever been in my life., everything looks kind of worn, things are kind of simply ok. That’s what you bought, You wanted a cheap room, you got it. The staff are good. The facilities are good. The neighborhood is solid. The room did not reek of disinfectant as a lot of these operations do. Excellent value for money. I will return.

Parking was hard to find but once I knew the process it was easy (Give directions to guests). Receptionist and all the staff were super friendly. The issues lay with the room. I was in a room that was next to the breakfast area so from 06:30 the noise woke me up, add to this the smell of bad drains and the vending machines outside the door, I really didn’t sleep much.

This nice and modern aparthotel is well maintained and its location is very convenient as there is a tram station just half a block away. You can be in Bordeaux’s historic center in less than 20 minutes and if you’re traveling to the next destination by train, the train station (Saint-Jeanne) is just half an hour away at just 3.3 Euros per person. I highly recommend this hotel. I would book again. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so I can’t comment about that. The staff is friendly and they explain well to you what you can do in town.

It was mediocre at best. They really need to step up their cleaning. Bugs on the ceiling, baseboards covered with gross dust. The balcony was filithy and you looked into a unpleasant courtyard/pitt. The room size was great. Bonus was that it was close to the tram.

Free parking outside, helpful check in staff member. It was not easy to find the accom initially as sat nav was taking us to a slightly different spot. There is a small sign higher up with the apartment name on, but it's not an obvious entrance so need to look out for this - esp at night. Overall was a nice enough small apartment.

I really liked this apart hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful.and my apartment was very well equipped and designed. It did take me a little while to find it as it is slightly off the road, however I was very happy when I got there. The hotel is within 5 mins walk from the tram and about 30 mins from the main railway/coach station and about 15 mins from the centre of Bordeaux on their excellent travel network. I would definitely visit again.
