We had a lovely time. When we first arrived we were really disappointed with our apartment, the balcony was not a balcony! We were on the ground floor - no problem there - but there was a concrete wall instead of balcony balustrade, it was about 5 foot high with only a slither of light coming over, you could just about peer over if you stood on tip toe
 I’ve never seen anything like it! However, having said this and to be fair, I went straight to reception and the very lovely receptionist called Nancy (thank you Nancy!) arranged for us to change apartments the following day. The apartment we moved to was perfect and we proceeded to have a very enjoyable stay. The apartments and complex are generally in need of some cosmetic updating and refreshing but they are adequately equipped. There is no air-con but fans are provided in each room. The location is exceptional, close to the beautiful lake and the small selection of excellent bars and restaurants along the front. The public pool is wonderful and just next door. Overall we were very happy with our stay once we moved apartments. Nancy was also very helpful assisting us with the laundry room.

Le sejour c'est trÚs bien passé. L'hÎtel est un peu décrépit en exterior mais en interior trÚs propre, luminos le coin cuisine agréable et trÚs bien doté, la lingerie de lis et de la sdb trÚs propre et suffisante, le personnel aimable et trÚs compétent. Nous le recommandons à tous.

L'herbergement est idĂ©alement situĂ©. Proche du lac et de l'esplanade. L'appartment est trĂšs bien agencĂ©. Le gros problĂšme est la propretĂ©: tĂąches de pipi aux murs, assiettes et couverts moisis dans le lave vaisselle, mĂȘme si le coin cuisine doit etre nettoyĂ© par le locataire, il me semble que l'equipe de nettoyage doit quand mĂȘme vĂ©rifier et si besoin faire une retouche !!! Linge de lit et toilette nickel.
