The staff was surly, the internet was rarely consistent and the air conditioning was turned off by the staff who the. Denied that but at my urging turned it back on in my presence. Breakfast was va lackluster and coffee never replenished in the self serve pots. I would stay away!

He helped us in every possible situation including parking (potential nightmare without him), reservations(impossible to eat at good restaurant) and an upgrade. His English is excellent. His kindness made the hotel (great location) a place that we’d return to and highly recommend for Expedia clients.

The front desk staff were the least welcoming and most unfriendly we’ve encountered in Italy. It seemed like an inconvenience every time we approached the staff. The buffet breakfast was average.
