Perfect location. Everything is nearby. The corniche is within a walking distance too. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, big and have all the necessary amenities. The hotel has a good size gym and nice rooftop pool.

Amazing service, great hospitality and super clean rooms and amenities! Qatar is truely a great place to visit. Things to improve: unfortunately, Hotels.com is not accurate as it says: this room can sleep 4 while this is not true in reality. Secondly, the room I booked was reserved on the smoking floor automatically, which is pretty weird! I had to change the request at the hotel reception upon arrival.

Friendly service, no solutions,worst surroundings

We stayed for 3 days. But it was only one day that I slept properly. Because many people used the club in the hotel across the street from 11 PM to 3 AM every day. It was full of people shouting, car horns honking, police car sirens, etc. The noise in that place disturbed my wife and I from sleeping. I thought it could happen on the first day and moved on, but the next day was the same. So we couldn't bear it anymore and woke up early in the morning and asked the staff for help. I asked for ear plugs but there were none. I requested a room change and they said they would check and contact me, but there was no reply. We strongly told the staff that we would like to share this situation with the hotel manager and suggest a solution. In the end, we told another employee about the situation, but he was unaware of the situation and it had not been reported to the person in charge. We were so angry and when we saw that, they changed our room. But you know what? When we first booked the room, we reserved a non-smoking room, but the room smelled like cigarettes. We didn't know why, but we found out the reason on the day we changed rooms. We left our belongings in our previous room and went with the staff. However, when the door was opened, another employee was smoking in the empty space. The employee who took us and the employee who was smoking looked embarrassed and tried to cover up the situation by laughing. If you can't trust your guests and can't help them, it's the worst hotel.
