The staff was always nice and greeted us. The room is small, which is normal for Paris but they have cold AC, and it would have been uncomfortable without it. . The beds were too firm for our preference but ok for just a few nights. If you like a firm mattress, you'll like it here. The shower is teeny tiny, but hot water and good water pressure. The only complaint is the walls are very thin and since the bathroom doors slide, it sounds like someone is rolling a suitcase from your upstairs neighbors. We had some very loud upstairs neighbors our 1st night. I brought my sleeping headband that I can play music or nature sounds, so I used that and fell asleep fine. The area was great with shopping and lots of restaurants nearby. I'd stay again in a heartbeat because it's so affordable, it's clean, and in a good area.

No hot water for first 1.5 days. Took a cold shower for less than 2min, water wouldn't drain, and dirty water flowed back out and caused a nauseating smell. Called and visited front desk, said nothing they can do other than offer to switch rooms next day. After documenting the issue thru written messaging, the manger replied (that's the only reason I'm giving 3 stars for helpfulness of staf, and not lower) and sent a plumber. Water then drained slowly, but the smell was still there. We were so tired and had so much to do that we opted to not pack up again to try and move rooms. Third day we discovered ants, even though we had no food items in the room. T Even saw ants in bed. Location was good, rooms are small but usable. For all the problems we had though and the price we paid, I have to say there are better options.

Hotel was convenient location for the sites we wanted to see: catacombs, opera, cemetery. Relatively close to train station. A little hard to get to from the airport. Very quiet. Breakfast was amazing and very well monitored. Elevator was small but appreciated for Europe! We would stay again.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Checked in late- no hot water to shower in the evening. NO hot water for showers on the morning Plus the water completely shut off while taking a cold shower!! The other 2 people did not take a shower!! When water came through the taps, it came out brown. The hair dryer provided started to smoke and also after several attempts- we could not connect to wifi! Since we checked in late, we hoped to sleep in. The cleaning staff was so loud and banging furniture around very early in the morning, so we did not sleep and are exhausted. We spoke to the front desk, and they knowingly rent the rooms even though they are aware of the water issues. Go somewhere else!!

Close to metro stations but the walls are so thin and we could hear the people down the hall and people above us almost every night. Also the hotel doors locking after 10pm and having to have someone in the lobby let you in was not a great experience. We came back later one night and needed to be let in around 1am and a man was standing outside the hotel asking us for money but we couldn’t get inside because there was no one at the front desk at that moment. Our room was clean but that was probably the most ideal thing about this hotel.
