Stay in Morgantown
The room was very worn. There was a large stain on the chair. The ac/heating unit was very old and damaged but worked. The room overall was very dated and in need of some TLC. It worked for what we needed, which was a place to stay for the night, but I would not recommend it to my family or friends.

This hotel was super overpriced and it was horrible! They give you one towel , the pillows on the bed looked like someone left their pillows from home for people to sleep on! The bathroom walls had horrible paint and holes in the wall. The room smelled really awful and you couldn’t get the tv to work at all. I will never stay in this hotel again , the best part of it was it was close to the football stadium.

Booked a room with king bed didn’t get a room with one in it. The room was very dirty sheets were dirty pillows were flat and floor cracked and receptacle covers broken. Also had a razor left on the counter with blood and hair on it we didn’t even stay we left upon check in.

Never staying here again
This MOTEL (not as advertised) has no phone in the room, no sprinkler system for emergency, no towels, smells disgusting, uses shams a pillowcases, and has cockroaches climbing the walls. We asked for a refund but couldn't get our money back because we booked through Hotels.com. The only bright side was the very nice woman working behind the glass enclosure. She was new, but did her best to help get us towels out of the vending machine in the office. Hotels.com should not be booking anyone is this place. It doesn't look a thing like what's advertised and is filthy.

There was bedbugs and the bathroom was falling apart. I have pictures if there is someplace you’d like me to send these too. I checked out as soon as I found the bedbugs. This was a very disappointing experience!! I would like to receive a refund, for a unhealthy and unsanitary establishment.

Biggest shame ever
I didn’t stay at this place, I don’t know where the pictures came from but it isn’t the same place. The place I arrived at was a dump, the tv wouldn’t even work and when I tried to re- plug it in a different outlet sparks shot out of it. There was no way to get help because there was no one around. To top it all off when I arrived at this dumpster they didn’t even have a key!! When they finally got a key I had to beat the door handle to get it open. I suggest others report this hole in the wall because from what I saw it should be deemed uninhabitable

Front desk clerk was friendly and bed was comfortable. Exterior of buildings were filthy and/or damaged, parts of the room were unclean, no amenities. The property is in a good location and I hope management cleans the place up, but I can’t recommend this hotel for the time being.

The price was right and it was perfect for a quick stay. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was basic for sure, but we expected that based on the low room rate. We had a very late check-in and had to call the front desk when we arrived. We were very promptly met by staff and given room keys. Could not connect to Wifi for some reason. Bed was comfortable and sheets and towels were clean. Overall good stay.

This hotel was disgusting, and I am not very picky. Dirty, poorly maintained, and over priced. No one on duty from 11 PM to 8 PM, spend an extra few bucks and stay at a real hotel.

Check in was fine. The Hotel could use some loving. The outside of the property was sketchy. One room had a board covering a broken window. Trash around certain areas. On a positive the room was clean and it is close to everything. It served the purpose for a sold out football game weekend.

Very dilapidated rooms
1st room assigned was not cleaned or ready 2nd room was cleaned but room condition was dilapidated and had some cleaning or chemical smell. Bed had very thin comforter and not enough for sleeping We just used the bathroom and left to find another hotel.

We didn't even get to stay because the first room they put us in was dirty when we walked in to check it out so we went to the office to let them know so they put us in another room and when we went to check it out it wasn't only dirty it was infested with bed bugs they refuse to give me a refund

It was very nice for a one night stay with no coffee pot. One problem we had was getting the closed captioning to work. There was nothing on the universal remote.
