Our flight was canceled and rebooked for the following day, and Hotel AS Lisboa would do nothing to help us reschedule our stay. They kept the original booking and wouldn’t move it back by a night now would they give us a discount for rebooking the following evening. The customer service was overall very poor speaking with the staff we were dealing with.

Notre chambre était super propre. Le déjeuner complet avec beaucoup de choix. Par contre, l’hôtel au complet aurait besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement. Convenient location close to the airport (10 minute drive) and metro (right in front of the building, 5 stops to Rossio Square). Room was spacious with comfortable beds. We booked this hotel for our last night in Lisbon due to it being close to the airport and having parking as we had a rental car - but it doesn’t have dedicated parking area, there is a public parking garage across the street which isn’t a great option if you have to leave for the airport at 3 am. We ended up finding a spot on the street, which wasn’t easy. Otherwise a nice stay.

A very clean, economical hotel that is in a great location, conveniently located between the airport and central Lisbon. This would be a great option for someone who was only in Lisbon for a short time or had an early morning flight. The taxi ride from the hotel to the airport was only about 10 minutes long on a Saturday morning, while the Metro to the central Lisbon tourist area was only about five short stops away. The buffet breakfast is very good for European hotel standards, with many hot items.
