Good for a stopping place on a trip.
No frills hotel. Looks a bit run down outside, room was a bit dated, but it was clean and was within walking distance of pretty much the only business in Eads (Dollar General). Easy parking if you're pulling a trailer though.

Convenient location, very good food in the JJ restaurant, nice staff. Rooms have been updated and are nice . I stayed here last year on business, still doing it's thing nicely.
