Beautiful new room
This hotel is currently undergoing renovation. The room I stayed in was beautiful and new and so clean. I got in very late from a nearby campus event and there seemed to be a lot of after-hours activity in the lobby and at the entrance (including a constant flow of folks going out to smoke in the dark and freezing cold). Aside from that, I could not have asked for a more friendly staff and better room.

Baymont was horrible, dirty, sketchy and in disrepair. One room even had a "Chucky" doll standing in the window. Staff was outstanding though and voluntarily moved us to their newly renovated property less than 2 minutes away. It was convenient and very nice.

Needed a place to crash for the night after dropping off my Notre Dame kid. I usually stay here because it's close to campus, relatively clean, comfortable, quiet, and cheap.

The property kept my $100 deposit. They were very unprofessional as the hotel needed construction work and it shouldn't have been renting rooms when they are renovatingand the rooms were. Not what they advertise. I'm waiting for my deposit
