We had a wonderful stop over in this hotel. Feels brand new! The parking garage is 16 euros pr night; large spaces and we parked right next to the door.
Check in took a little longer than needed but all in all it was fine.
The room was great with enough space for the four of us; a large double bed and two single beds. In one row which was very cosy. Great and plenty coffee in the room and a great bathroom as well.
Breakfast was very good, good and plenty options, good coffee and a nice space.
The price was very reasonable and we will definitely return.

Great hotel - feels very new, room spacious. Breakfast was great - could walk to a number of restaurants for dinner.
Staff was great and helpful. Great value for money. Only downside is parking price 😩

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Room 204 and Breakfast Service
Dear Premier Inn Team,
My name is Jotti Shala, and I recently stayed at your hotel with my husband, Haxhi. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay in Room 204 and feel it is important to raise several concerns.
Firstly, the breakfast served was unacceptable. The boiled eggs had a greenish appearance and an unpleasant smell, which raised serious concerns about food safety and the risk to health. In addition, the kettle, television, tea/coffee tray, and teaspoons in our room were dusty and not properly cleaned, which we believe is not hygienic and poses health risks.
We brought these matters to the attention of staff, but we did not feel they took our concerns seriously, and we were not offered a refund. This level of service is far below expectations, and certainly not representative of the quality we anticipated.
We are extremely disappointed, as we feel we wasted our money on a room and breakfast that did not meet safe or acceptable standards. We will be leaving honest feedback and reviews to reflect our experience.
We hope you take this complaint seriously and take steps to address the issues raised to prevent future guests from having the same experience.

Mooie kamer, heerlijke douche. De kamer was wel vrij warm. De auto hebben wij geparkeerd in de parkeergarage van het hotel. De parkeerkosten van Premier in hotels vinden wij wel vrij hoog. Restaurants zijn niet in de buurt hiervoor zijn wij richting het centrum gegaan.
